At our Seabrook Island retreat, every day begins with soft coastal light, gentle sea breezes, and the calming rhythm of nature just outside your door. Perched steps from the beach and overlooking both the ocean and the fairways, this peaceful condo is designed as a haven for guests seeking relaxation, comfort, and effortless access to the island’s best amenities.

About the Owners

Shella by the Sea Shores is owned by Brian and Jennifer and their son, Trevor, who have been visiting Seabrook Island since 2014. They first discovered the island when Brian’s aunt and uncle retired there, and what began as an annual visit quickly grew into a cherished family tradition. With each trip, their connection to Seabrook Island deepened, inspiring them to eventually purchase a property where they could create lasting family memories. Today, they visit the island 6–7 times a year to spend time with their aunt and uncle and enjoy everything Seabrook has to offer. They love every minute of being on the island and are excited to share their home with guests looking to experience the same beauty, relaxation, and family-friendly atmosphere.
